Extremely fast responsive and affordable! Got all of our data moved from WooCommerce in a couple of days. There were some mix-ups and somethings that did not get moved and I didn't notice until a couple of weeks later and they got right on it and fixed it immediately!

When I started moving my project from WooCommerce to Shopify, I considered doing it myself. However, in order to move forward more efficiently with the design and configuration, I finally decided to trust LitExtension.

Overall we got all our data migrated but it did take a lot longer than expected. We had a huge amount of data to migrate with a lot of formatting that needed changing which they handed well and made sure we could test before they imported all which give us peace of mind. There were errors which they were able to correct quickly. There were some miss communications and some unexpected added costs. A lot of unnecessary emails which made thing slightly confusing but they responded quickly. There was some data that they couldn't migrate due to the data being linked with an app.
I was extremely impressed with LitExtension from the very first chat all the way through to the completed work. They answered every question I had, were beyond knowledgeable, and incredibly affordable compared to other options I explored. The turnaround was quick, and communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. I shopped around and spoke with several other agencies before making a decision, and I’m genuinely happy I chose to go with these guys. Five-star experience all the way.
