LitExtension Store Migration

This time, I used this app to move product data and customer data. The response of the person in charge this time was very good, and I used it without any complaints. I will use this app again if I have a connection. Thank you very much. This app is highly recommended

We used this app to help with a migration to BC. Jay was very helpful and finished the job quickly. The migration was seamless and all of our data came in as we wanted. It's nice to work with this company because you are able to talk to someone directly instead of just waiting for a robot to do the migration. There will always be issues and/or questions and it was so good to be able to speak with Jay to get it all done.

Litextension has made my life much easier while transferring over my data from our old website to a new website. Specifically, Sean Dang has been a massive help as we migrate from an outdated, unorganized website to a new Shopify account. I was able to work with him to get all of our products from our old site mapped to our new site so we can preserve analytics and customer order data for future marketing purposes. I know he was worked hard to get our data migrated over a few times to make sure everything is transferred over correctly! Litextension has been a massive help in building a new site, and I know it will pay dividends in the future having this migration done correctly. We had to migrate our shop from a platform that wasn't well known or easy to migrate. It was SQL based and used asp to render the products. We had been using this product for close to 19 years and finally had to make a change.

With several thousand products and around 4000 customers we had no idea how we were going to pull it off. I found LitExtension while searching migration apps.

For a very reasonable fee they migrated all my products, including photos, and all our customers. The customers even had their order history migrated. They kept in constant contact and were also very patient with us as we needed to get the products over and fine tune the items that had more then 3 variables. We didn't want the customers brought over till we felt the products and the look of the new site was where we needed it to be.

It honestly was a very smooth migration. LitExtension did exactly what they told us they were going to do.

Without LitExtension, it would have been impossible to migrate our old e-commerce site from Prestashop to Shopify. Everything from basic customer service to technical support is flawless. I highly recommend them. I am a graphic designer and I am working for a food retailer, handling marketing for the store. I am not a web expert. I had done some web design work, but not involved in development and web mastering. The toughest challenge was to migrate the reward point service, because our version of Prestashop was 1.5.x and newest version is 1.7.7.5.
Once I had a problem because, the technical staff member was replaced by a new one by previous ones’ job leave, and the reward point numbers got messed up at that time. But the new staff member was patient and he got the numbers right in the end.

I migrated from woocommerce. The app was easy to use. When I imported order details, I had a bunch of old orders show up in shopify as unpaid and unfulfilled, and LitExtension support was really great in helping me resolve the issue and reimport correctly. They were fast and responsive and helped me fix the issue. Saved me hours of manual work.
