Great support from LitExtension.
I accidentally overwrote product images after the migration, which left most products missing additional images. Ben identified the issue straight away and fixed it with a custom re import.
Even though it was my fault, he handled it free of charge and made sure only the images were updated.
Quick, helpful, and saved a lot of manual work. Would recommend.

Ich habe LitExtension für die Migration unseres Onlineshops von WooCommerce zu Shopify verwendet und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Service.
Die Migration umfasste eine grosse Datenmenge (Produkte, Bestellungen, Kunden), und das Team hat den gesamten Prozess sehr strukturiert und zuverlässig begleitet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Support – die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert.
Ein grosses Dankeschön an Blue Nguyen, der uns während der Migration unterstützt hat. Anpassungen und kleinere Probleme wurden jeweils rasch geprüft und behoben, was den gesamten Ablauf deutlich erleichtert hat.
Die Migration selbst verlief grösstenteils reibungslos, und auch bei komplexeren Anforderungen (z. B. Metafields) wurde aktiv nach Lösungen gesucht.
