I've chosen LitExtension to migrate a shop to Shopify and I'm very satisfied. The process was quick and accurate, they clearly built a talented in-house team. The customer service is top-notch and answered all my questions before and after the migration - they went the extra mile to ensure that everything was perfect and didn't leave me hanging at any time. This is a no-brainer, I'll be using LitExtension in future projects.

LitExtension helped us migrate our store over from an ancient PrestaShop installation. They were prompt and professional and helpful - and much better than Shopify's built-in tools. They ran the migration multiple times and were super responsive to our changing deadlines. Would really recommend.

I used this lit extension app and it saved me so much TIME. Literally 3k photos transferred, vendors, unit cost, and everything else. Was super easy and fast. You can text them from whatsapp and get updates. Im so thankful this was legit and saved me time and money. Thank you to litextension they are legit people if you want to make your life easier when transferring all this data go with them. I went from weebly to shopfiy. When I called weebly they said there is no way. You cant even download your photos that you have on weebly. Tom Thank You! Tom from litextension very professional and smart. Quick to respond and knows his stuff.
Shout out to Andy and the LitExtension team because they are doing an amazing job. We decided to go from prestashop to shopify meaning creating a new website etc. These guys been following us for months now with multiple migrations and they've been very pro active (you can easely reach them by Skype at almost any time). They behaviour takes away a lot a stress businesses can have when migrating their website. Price is good

I was migrating my shop from Volusion to Shopify (of course one of the sites that doesn't migrate easily to Shopify) and the customer service/chat people at Lit Extension were a HUGE help. I would say if you're moving from Volusion to Shopify to be aware that gift certificates, discount codes and customer email preferences didn't migrate over- luckily I was able to get the 4,500 customer email preferences updates through LitExtension, but not the other things. I did use the self-migrate option, because it was supposed to be simple, but as is everything with Volusion, it was not, so maybe if I used the more expensive option they would have been able to do that for me but I worked with what I had and we FINALLY are up and running.

Ralph has been exceptional through out our migration from old OpenCart store to Shopify. Ever since the first migration I set up, which Ralph then helped edit and adapt to our exact requirements, he has always been on hand: quick to answer, efficient and super helpful. The whole process took us over two months, during which time Ralph would check in from time to time to see if he could help with anything as well as giving encouragement after looking at our developing site as it took shape. Nothing was too much bother and the answer was always "Yes no problem, done that, anything else I can help you with?" Thank you!

What a great service. I migrated our Nurture the Nest children's clothing store from the Florida based Shift4Shop (formerly 3dCart) to Shopify. It worked really well. The technical support was polite and very fast. Any issues specific to our migration were dealt with quickly. Out of hours support, and a good long window in which to do your migration. I am just so glad I found them. And even some time later I had a question and support had not forgotten us, they were absolutely great to work with

Migration Lightspeed to Shopify. Very good experience
We have asked Liteextension to migrate our Lightspeed website to Shopify. We have been surprised by the dedication, flexibility and quickness of Ken Le from the support desk. If any problem occurs he finds a solution and fixes it very quickly. We can really recommend this company and we will hire them more often in the future.
