Blue Nguyen was so helpful and responsive to all of our questions and concerns and helped us with parts of the process that we needed help with.
We highly recommend LitExtension for any migration needs, the process was smooth and very professional.
Not at all satisfied. Products transferred with incorrect weights, and none of the products descriptions transferred with the correct styling. All the headings and even paragraphs are gone. I have 480 products and I have to open up everyone and fix it. THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY MONEY. The only reason I am giving it two stars instead of one is because they supposedly handled my redirects. No idea if they actually did. Such a terrible waste of my time and money.
