At Naturalmat we have quite complex needs and often push our app partners on configurations that would work for our business - LD have supported each and every "out there" request and the support team is amazing. I often speak to Claudiu and Cornelia and they both have been brilliant. Trying to get hold of anyone at Google or Meta, well, we've all been there - forget it. There are a few apps I can't imagine having a Shopify store without, and LD is definitely one of them.

Two of our Shopify stores were using Littledata, but one of them has been experiencing ongoing issues with Facebook CAPI and Pixel, where Littledata fails to pass the fbc and fbp parameters to our Facebook Pixel. Despite seeking support for over two weeks and reaching out multiple times, the support team repeatedly assured us that the issue had been resolved or would be fixed soon. However, the error rate continued to rise, leading to wasted ad spend for over two weeks.

Additionally, the support team lacked transparency regarding what actions they took to fix our conversion tracking, leaving us completely in the dark with no clear solution. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a costly lesson for us, forcing us to seek a different provider.

David & Ross are extremely helpful and are always quick to answer questions if something comes up. Tracking has been extremely accurate for Google Ads & GA4.
