Good product, Great support. Cornelia is always helpful, even when she is very busy. When she has to research a problem, she follows through and gets answers. I have had the same experience with other support personnel as well. Lastly, it is refreshing to talk to a someone offering support that can actually answer technical questions!
I originally ran into an issue with syncing repurchases to Meta, but once the support team escalated my case, they resolved it thoroughly. Since then, the app has worked flawlessly for my needs. The developers were attentive, and I appreciate how dedicated they were in making things right. Highly recommend this app if you need a reliable solution for syncing repurchases with Meta!

We've been using Littledata for just over a month now and it's brought back around 30% of the data we lost with our cookie policy and GA4 updates. We've been super happy with the data so far and we would definitely recommend it as a good plug in solution!
Two of our Shopify stores were using Littledata, but one of them has been experiencing ongoing issues with Facebook CAPI and Pixel, where Littledata fails to pass the fbc and fbp parameters to our Facebook Pixel. Despite seeking support for over two weeks and reaching out multiple times, the support team repeatedly assured us that the issue had been resolved or would be fixed soon. However, the error rate continued to rise, leading to wasted ad spend for over two weeks.
Additionally, the support team lacked transparency regarding what actions they took to fix our conversion tracking, leaving us completely in the dark with no clear solution. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a costly lesson for us, forcing us to seek a different provider.

We'd had ongoing issues with our data for a long time, with a number of different experts drafted in to help sort it out, without success. Allocating our marketing budgets was becoming more and more impossible. During our initial call with David he had explained the process of switching to littledata and my response was a very dubious ‘that sounds too easy’.
Well, it WAS that easy. And we are really happy with the quality of data we’re now receiving. David was great through the onboarding process. Patiently walked us through everything, was there to help with any queries, and didn’t rush us into anything. Support has excellent technical knowlege as well as a straightforward communication, that non-experts like myself can follow.

Great product. Cornelia has been walking us through step by step to make sure everything is turned on or off and working properly. Now that everything is about blocking and not tracking it makes it hard for businesses to gather information to make informed decisions on spend. Littledata really helps fill in those missing pieces to give us a cleared picture of customers, trends, and opportunities
It worked perfectly, Claudiu's support clarified our doubts, the conversion attributions are 100% correct now, we recommend littledata!
Littledata did entirely fix the missing transactions issue for us. However, whilst doing that, it completely skewed the attribution of our CPC & Organic traffic - something we couldn’t accept as it made our Ads reporting even worse, which was the whole reason we installed.
I am understanding of apps not always working perfectly but when I reached out to the support team, they totally gaslit me - pushing back saying it must be a GA4 issue, sending me random Google documentation that wasn’t relevant, generally wasting hours of time.
I advised I would be uninstalling, and only then did they escalate the issue. After this, they came back conceding that it was Littledata that caused the attribution issue, that there was nothing they could do and offering me compensation.
If you do install, watch your attribution graphs closely, as well as your device/location reporting. It isn’t the one stop data solution it claims to be.
