Littledata ‑ Customer Tracking

A fantastic app with amazing service. We use Littledata to split out our subscription orders in Google analytics to give us improved reporting capacity.

The Littledata team (shout out to David) has been doing an amazing job - we are a bit of an edge scenario for them and have required more time than typical, but David and his team have been nothing but patient and helpful. Their customer service goes above and beyond what we've encountered with other apps so far!

It was nice to count with LittleData support on our setup phase. We have been using Littledata for almost 2 years now and are very happy with the consistency of data, the default schemas, and ability to customize and iterate our set-up over time. The customer service team (A+ Claudia) always responds quickly, and is very knowledgeable and always able to resolve questions and support requests quickly. Data is key to our business, and Littledata helps us stitch together key data components with little to no maintenance.

We have just started using Littledata and it has integrated perfectly with our Shopify & ReCharge apps, providing a much clearer read on our data. Their team also ran a great training session and provided us with some super useful custom reports. Looking forward to learning about more we can do!

Great app, straightened our analytics within a week with the added benefit of integrating with other Shopify apps we have a better understanding of all our data.

I'm giving a 5-star review of Littledata-Google Analytics. Here is why. The marketing company I hired to run my AdWords account informed me that my enhanced e-commerce wasn't set up properly. This app fixed that issue during installation! I will definitely upgrade to premium version in the coming months!
