LPO Live Product Options

As I am offering services with many different options, the standard product options were too complex to manage and display. Live Product Options is exactly what I was after, it is very powerful and easy to configure. I really like the optional feature, where you can display options based on another option. Great app!

This team is doing an amazing job. I have never had such a great experience with any Shopify app before. The more I use it, the more I realize the level of engineering quality that has gone into it. Their support is exceptional, especially Michael, who is always ready to jump in and solve any issues that may occur. I needed some feature that was missing from their app, and they solved it in an amazingly quick time. This is by far one of the best Shopify apps I have ever used. Give them a try, and you will not regret it!

Prior to this, we had tried Zepto's Personalizer, which unfortunately did not support multi-currency or Shopify market, an essential feature for international customers. This led us to switch to Live Product Options, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the decision.

At first it seems difficult to master but once we are getting used, the app is amazing! Documentation and videos are useful, Michael is very helpful also.

App works as advertised, and the team are VERY helpful. They went through my store's code to integrate it correctly with my unusual theme. The app is also about as simple as it could be to use while still offering great functionality. 100% recommend these guys!

My experience with the Live Product Options app has been exceptional. I paid them to setup a product for me to save me some time, and it was well worth it. Carl has been very responsive and the turn around time has been awesome, especially since it was during the Holidays. When I asked for changes to the product setup they acted on them very quickly. I am switching to this app as I believe in the long run it is easier and will be more cost effective.

OK, I have been using Shopify for nearly 9 years, and have installed and tried many apps. Michael, the founder, beyond a doubt provided the best customer service I have ever had from any Shopify App. My configuration was complicated and I had tons and tons of very specific questions: he answered each one patiently and professionally - I am beyond impressed. The Live Product Options App is EXCELLENT. The technical support I received from Carl was above and beyond. Not only does this App function really well, it also LOOKS really nice with my Theme (something I could not find with other affordable customizing apps). Keep up the great work on your App!
