Terrible. Bad customer service, glitchy app, and there is no way to cancel your subscription in the app. I still dont get a response and i am going to be charged for the next monthly cycle.
1. This is a paid Shopify app. Uninstalling the app automatically cancels the subscription.
2. We always offer refunds for the last months payment, no questions asked.
3. The merchant never replied, and actually closed his store. (He just left this review before closing the store..)
I installed the app and worked with it for 2 days. It is very difficult to receive help and communication is very behind.

Instead of fixing their mistakes, they just dismiss you: Great, the app store is a free market, our app does not seem to be a great fit for you.
You can find the best app that meets your needs.
Merchant was sending disrespectful emails. We told them very nicely that the app is not a great fit.

Please save yourself some time. Buggy app, bad support, sometimes does not charge engraving fees. Steer clear!

Our app is well tested, so there is most likely an issue on your theme. All our plans include theme support, we always do our best to resolve such issues for our Merchants!
Just so many issues with a larger store. Also a disaster if you use coupons, particularly collection specific coupons (For example, 20% off all tees). Just a nightmare.
Hi Scott, the issue you are referring to is related to Shopify Draft orders, which don't support all discount types (Platform limitation).
Our app now actually supports the newest Checkout extensibility, which supports all Discount types.

I have been struggling for 8 months with this app. Dev keeps referring to documentation that fails to resolve my issues.

This is one of the most unfriendly apps I've ever used. It is too complicated for a non-programmer, your average person setting up a website. I spent well over 50 hours trying my best to make it work with out success.

When I've used this software to set up custom products, I've had problems needing help from customer service, but the most I've gotten in response is to check the self-help documentation. I have clearly explained to customer service that I am having problems setting up a custom product and have recorded a video about it and sent it to him. But the response was "we can't help customers set up the product", which is really frustrating. As a paying customer, I just want the customer service to guide me through the setup of this custom product. That's all. But it seems to be difficult for them. So, I have to warn shopify sellers who want to use this software. They are not very friendly. I've been using this software for 4 days now and I haven't finished setting up a custom product yet. It's too bad.
NEW FEEDBACK: terrible service, I left them a 1 star message feedback. But instead of communicating with me nicely, they said I was extorting them. They said I had to delete this message before they would fix the problem I was experiencing. I decided that I will sue them at shopify for the app.

We provide one of the best support on shopify. This merchant sent a link to a competitors product and demanded we create a video for you to copy it. This is not what we offer.
I am using it only for a few weeks, but it does its work. It has a lot of options and configurations, so probably will work in most cases. Support is helpful and responsive.

The plugin and the support are very professional. I had a problem with clicking on the buttons, and within 10 minutes of opening the ticket, he solved my theme problem.

If you run custom code on your product variants etc. this app is for you.
Doesn't mess up your code, but builds on top, so you can add fields below your custom-coded variants/fields/elements which is a huge plus for me.
Only suggestion is to bundle the validation error message for multiple fields instead of showing errors for each field.

Tested before Zepto and switched over to this beauty of app, designed in Switzerland. The example pictures are lame, sorry Micheal for that but the full potential is here. Set it up and you will see how mighty this tool can be. A great support in Background and a developer from Switzerland, which add more tutorials and inputs to the app. Price Value is amazing and i hope he will stay with them.

I'm not the one to usually write reviews but the app does exactly what it advertises it does and ALSO keeps the default Shopify Product options like we needed to. Kudos to the developers, very intuitive to use and great functionality.
Had no problems setting it up to our needs in less than 30 minutes without even watching the videos.

This app is difficult to set up. The price does not update in the cart and even after reading the documentation and watching videos, I still had trouble using it. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.
Our app is one of the simplest product options app to setup. The live preview can be more complex as it's very powerful. We saw you've reached out to our support but failed to provide a link to your store so that we can help you out. Prices not updating is most likely a theme issue that we are always available to fix for our merchants.
Been trialing a couple of different apps but this one seems to tick all the boxes. Easy interface, lots of personalization options and great support. In everyone's budget allowing you to crawl before you can then walk and run.
I was very excited to try this app. Unfortunately, none of the staff could clearly explain how to add personalizations to my items. Even after asking for a video with a clear set of step by step instructions, no one really helped. They kept telling me to look back at the self help doc. Then they told me to hire someone on Upwork to set up the app instead of setting up a 10 minute phone call or Zoom to help me through this.
Very disappointed. Try an app where they're happy to help you get set up. I was told I could only get help with set up if I was a bigger store. So this app isn't for small business owners just starting out.
I've just checked our support requests from your store. I can see we have even setup an example config on your store based on your request. After that, you've requested us to setup our app based on another merchants store that uses our app. This is not something we offer, and our merchants would also not be happy about this!
Also we have lots of videos explaining how to setup a product with a live preview.
Cloud lift is an absolute game changer! Their app has revolutionized the way customers use my website. The features are intuitive, simple, and easy to use. I am also incredibly impressed with their lightning fast email response time. It is the absolute quickest customer service I have ever experienced. The customer service representatives are also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, I am incredibly happy with Cloudlift and would highly recommend their app to anyone looking for image upload options.
As I am offering services with many different options, the standard product options were too complex to manage and display. Live Product Options is exactly what I was after, it is very powerful and easy to configure. I really like the optional feature, where you can display options based on another option. Great app!
If you need an option that allows customers personal customizations and live previews to products...you found the right app. Just download it. It is very user friendly. How to videos with each step and if you still run into problems or issues the live chat option is available with a very fast response time. Carl solved my problem within minutes.

This is by far the best product customization app available, easy to set up and use. It's rare that you find a customer support team as helpful as this company provides, they are all amazing. After testing several customization apps live, I don't hesitate to say that I am very happy and satisfied with Cloudlift. Recommend it!

Live Product Options is easily the best option around for creating custom products. The tool has SO many options, it might take a little time to get your head around it; but it's time well spent when you see how powerful the tool is. LPO has the best support we have received from any Shopify app. Their team and owner spent a lot of time helping us solve our unique problems, with fast response times and helpful responses always. We highly recommend the app and use it across 6 stores.
I don’t usually get so motivated to do reviews but the 'Live Product Options’ is really an amazing and robust app. We’re using it on our MetalPrintMaker.com website for image upload, live visualisation and proofing. After trawling and testing many other apps, we discovered this one, that we soon discovered is in a class of its own, not just in terms of features and functionality but overall cost effectiveness too. What’s more, the help and support is first class! We’re also using their ‘Image Lift’ app to handle the upload process to manage the high res files. This has some great features to prevent low resolution print files being uploaded. Both apps are so flexible and can be used for so many POD and personalisation applications.
Support is excellent. Had a minor issue and they responded immediately. Very user friendly and powerful app. Would highly recommend it.
If you are considering this app, add it to your store and take the time to try it. If you struggle, message the Developer. I was looking for a very specific need for my website. Basically if I couldn't make it work there wasn't much point to using anything more than a PayPal button on a free blog! I tried a few other Apps, but they just couldn't do what I needed. My products are ALL customized by the clients. I have up to 4 layers of MY MATERIALS (Images I took of literally each one!) layered in one product, some masked into shapes or designs, some complete coverage, some as the fonts. Each with 30ish choices for each layer, plus custom fonts! I figured it all out, with help from Michal along the way. His responses were fast, precise and he asked great questions when I was truly creating something extremely complicated. He made it easy! I am sure I asked more of this App than the Devs built it for, but the capability is there. Their pricing structure is not too much for those who might be selling items at lower price point, the value for the benefit is really there! My customers are already squealing with delight being able to design their items right before their eyes! The mock-up this App creates is more beautiful and accurate than even my own I used to do manually. This App will save me hundreds of hours no longer having to do those alone! It's very smartly designed and the sky is the limit! I can't recommend the Developers and this App enough.

Been setting up my store for a week now and this plugin has been a total joy to work with. It is really powerful and are covering everything i need to be able to build a store where the custommer are building their own designed products. I have been searching.. even bought some other apps that always are missing something. But not this. Really recommend! Also, great and fast support from Michael. Again, recommend, over and over again.
Brilliant app to allow customers to customise their product options. Reasonable plan costs. Support from the developer is almost instantaneous and any questions I have are swiftly resolved.

The developers improved, yes, IMPROVED, their app by adding a feature I needed for my store. In just two weeks they have implemented it and notified me about it. If that is not enough, here are a few more reasons why you should install this app: 1. it does not add custom code to your theme so it's super safe to use 2. it has a beautiful UI that makes learning the app a breeze. It has super useful video tutorials and their customer service is super fast to reply in case you need help 3. it just works. Hi , We searched all likely apps for our shopify to build very customised options onto our products. Being a disability company, our products need to be highly customised. The best App, by far, for this is Live product Options. Also the support when we hit a slight hitch was timely and brilliant.
Fantastic product, a ton of features, support is great. Was looking for developers to write custom code for me at costs of thousands of dollars. This app saved me all that expense and time and does more than I need.
