I had trouble setting up live preview options because I sell custom items and wanted very detailed preview options. I reached out and Carl the representative went back and forth with me so patiently answering each and every one of my million of questions and gave me everything I could ever hope for for my website! It’s absolutely perfect and I can’t thank him enough for all of his help! If you’re having trouble it’s soooo worth the small fee to have them set you up exactly how you want
your layout to be! I will be using them time and time again to help me personalize my site even more! Thank you so much for creating this app it’s everything.

The app has all sorts of combinations that you can wish for with respect to product options. The icing on the cake is the support team. They are too good at their work especially Michael from the Dev team. You don't find yourself in a situation where you have an issue and it isn't resolved within a few hours! It was actually the uploading extension that I got, and seeing that the customization option is available, decided to try it out, the conditional logic and pricing logic is great, easy to use, their support team provides great help as well. Great potential, great app, great response time.
