I really enjoy the ease of set up, how quickly my customers were able to figure things out on our very first live, and I love, love, love the video quality. As a darker skin woman, I’m always trying to find the right lighting and of course, natural light is the best. But this apps features does what I need done for all my live selling needs.

Definitely a 5-star app. Live video shopping through Channelize is easy and interactive. The tool does its job and the agent app works seamlessly. We are running our third show next week. Also, the support team is excellent.
For the price, you really can't do better than Channlize! They have excellent customer support, and the platform is really easy to use as a host. Our customers noted that the mobile integration could use some fine tuning, but overall I would definitely recommend to businesses dipping their toe in live sales!

We love how easy this program is to use. Very easy for the customer to navigate the sale and adds item directly into their cart for easy check out and very easy for us to fill the orders.

We've been very pleased with Channelize - it's actually been a great experience. We've done 3 Live Events so far and had excellent sales and customer response. The support from Channelize has been excellent - when I ask a question I get a quick response. It's quite easy to use and set up each show. Would definitely recommend this app if you are looking at doing Live Shopping.
