LiveChat is a positive addition to our eCommerce store, helping with maximising sales and customer satisfaction. The support provided by LiveChat to backup their product has been exceptional.
Seamus was a huge help! We were having some issues with some features on LiveChat and he took so much time to help me figure out what was causing it. He gave me step by step instructions on different troubleshooting options until we finally found the issue. It ended up being a quick and easy fix!! Everything is working the way it should now! We've used this platform for over 16 months and can't fault it. From a technical side it's always stable and the support is second to none (except ours ;) ).
