I have been testing the trial version of LiveSession for several weeks and have been completely amazed. The core feature of watching recorded sessions provides invaluable information when you can see a firsthand experience of guests interacting with your store. LiveSession has taken it a step further and has been working on cataloging Shopify-specific events that mark key milestones during the shopping experience such as products viewed, added to cart, and more.
The customer support has also been outstanding. They are quick to respond and resolve any issues in a timely fashion.
I'm looking forward to watching this app continue to grow and develop more features.

This app is great for gathering insights beyond numbers, allowing marketers or business owners to more intimately understand their website visitors. It's intuitive, easy to use, and informative!
