I am using Shopify for my grocery store. This app has helped me offer local delivery and to be able to edit orders. Any issue I thought I had with this app was either explained on the support page or more importantly their support chat. I have never received such great customer service from any company. I could simply message them and get a response in no more than a minute. Their rep had solved every single issue I had when installing the app and got me up and running in the same day of install. Having this app solved the biggest road block I had getting my site up and running and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a local delivery option

Developers are always ready to help and to improve the features of the app. I'm really satisfied. The app helps me to deliver in a specific zip code area and allow my client to chose a date and time of shipment.

Absolutely love the simplicity of this app and the customer service. I had spent ages trying to figure out how to create a date picker on my website. Local delivery was so simple to add and the customer service is fantastic. they customised mine as per my request, and it works fantastically well.

This will be the 3rd time I have updated this review, today I contacted Peter about my need to be able to manually add deliveries to the schedule that did not originate from Shopify. They just finished an update that allows exactly that!! It works great...making this app even more beneficial to us.

We just added the app and are awaiting customer support to resolve a few small issues. So far we are very happy with the product.

Update: Well.... what can I say other than I am BLOWN AWAY with the customer service. I needed a few minor tweaks to the coding and Peter was great. Quite honestly, I suggest you at the very least give them a chance to prove themselves worthy of your Shopify app integration and business. ****** Stars if possible. Thank you Peter!

Their customer service is top notch!! They were so helpful with my many questions and always provided prompt and thorough technical support. I needed to do a bit of customization and they were super helpful. Even got me out of a jam late on a Friday afternoon when I messed something up!
