Super Local Delivery significantly reduced our operational load by enabling one-time route creation, automatic order closing, and smoother coordination with riders across multiple vendor pickup locations. The rider app is simple and practical, though further simplification for non-tech-savvy drivers and an “external delivery route” option for third-party logistics would make it even more powerful. Overall, it’s a reliable, real-world logistics solution backed by a responsive and helpful support team.

I’ve been using the app for two months now, and everything is great — customer service is excellent.
Yes, there’s one thing — and it seems it will be resolved soon — which is allowing the customer to drop a pin on the map to mark their address accurately.
Other than that, the app is fantastic. It has made things much easier for me, and I’m now able to manage deliveries comfortably.

This is an excellent delivery app!
The entire process runs smoothly—from selecting routes and dispatching orders to real-time tracking. It even sends separate email updates to your customers in sequence when the Shopify app can't, making everything so much easier. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding.

If you need a Local delivery app to plan your routes, this app is a MUST HAVE!!, no brainer. We are a flower shop, with very complex and unique features required to run the delivery site of the business. Shubham is continuously giving us the best support EVER in Shopify's ecosystem. Just ask him, and he will always make it work for you. Trust me, we move to Shopify from another system that we used for 25 years dedicated specifically to florists, and with Shubham help, the transition has been a lot easier

A must to use app for merchants carrying out last mile fulfillment/local delivery by themselves. This app helped us reduce our workload in our last mile delivery phase of our order fulfillment process mainly in routing and updating our customers with notifications at each stages. Literally the best local delivery app on Shopify. The routes are great, you have the capability to add in other stops if need be. You can modify the route. And the support is AMAZING. They are there to help whenever you need. I %110 recommend this app!
