I had to switch my delivery app at the last minute before go-live and this team has been amazing. Communication was clear which I appreciate. They try their very best despite timezone difference and hoped on quick calls. Prompt changes to app features were also made to accomodate my business. Thank you to the team!

The customer service is no joke!

This is my 3rd delivery app (due to the others not being compatible, too difficult to understand or lack of help) Local Delivery + Pickup was neither of these.

First it was fairly easy to plugin to my website, however when I did come across an issue the customer service team responded in a timely manner + hopped on a Google Meet call to walk me through it. Turns out it was a very simply solution but they took the time time to make sure I was confident with the platform. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys actually take my opinion on what needs improvement and they actually get it done! They genuinely have made it better for me to use this app!!

Great app! It's quite user-friendly and easy to set up. The team was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly. They even helped me with some things on my website that had nothing to do with the app.

Highly recommend this app for those introducing pickup and local delivery. Installation is super simple. Additional information provided once installed provides Shopify platform graphics and how to's as well as tutorial. After testing functionality, I wanted to further modify and support was responsive and very helpful allowing me to make the needed changes in just 2 minutes. Shout out to Sharma (and team) who provided the help.

Great App

This app is by far the best app I have ever seen for local delivery. The support is out of this world. They go above and beyond. Friendly and their response time is almost instant. Rest assured that I will be a customer for life.
