Almost good, but there are always problems coming up.
I currently get random symbols/words showing up on the site, which are not listed in the translations list. They just appear on the site. You cant fix it. And the support is not very rushed to fixed it since it has been a week of a random word in my navigation which they didn't fix. I always get we will pass it to the team and let you know. But no one let me know anything and the problem persists.
The automatic translation is bad. And I am a bit afraid to pay for the AI translation plan seeing how half working the app already it.
The glossary also works halfway.
The manual translations get overwritten, or just dont save at all.
Maybe writting this review gets me faster support because we already spent too much time going back and forth with this app.
Terrible translations, worse than the simple browser translations. We got this app for the glossary feature but it is useless if the regular translations are bad.
Promotes itself as "AI" but only the top tier has the option.
Does not offer options to have photos based off of store language...
We've been using this for a year and we are so glad to move away from them.

Really Great Support! I didn't know that I would be charged automatically once I reach my credit limit. So I got charged extra. When I got to know about this, I uninstalled it, but I still got charged. After contacting the support team, they refunded me. That's really wonderful. Once I grow, I may use their app again. Thanks!
