Shermelia It's great I had a problem with another app 8 days ago and they can't solve it and Shermelia in 5 minutes I solved it It's great, customer service was 5 stars I highly recommend it Easy to use the program and fast support Don' hesitate.

You have to keep asking for more credits to translate more words. And the translations are not always that good.

I can't beleive i was going to erase the app, while just at the last minute, the Amazing Shermelia made it perfect for my needs as i am starting my business !!!! I am french, based at Paris, and i needed the App to translate my shop in English, with english devises (Dollars, Pounds... i can add as much devises as i want), and with the free plan, i have one language (so i choosed english), but as soon as i'll get bigger, i'll take paid plan because now i know i can trust them.
My all web site is translate, and i was willing to erase the app because when i tried to translate, it said "You have to buy credit", so i was upset ! But, Shermelia came just at this moment in the chat, and explained to me that we just have to ask FREE ILLIMATED WORDS ! (through the chat, simple and easy) ! Ps : no coding is requiered, i hate code, so it was a relief ! I recommand. <3 (And thank you Shermelia !!!)

Franchement, foncez ! J'allais effacer l'application, alors qu'à la dernière minute, la géniale Shermelia l'a rendue parfaite pour mes besoins alors que je démarre tout juste mon entreprise !!!! Je suis française, basée à Paris, et j'avais besoin de l'application pour traduire ma boutique en anglais, avec des monnaies anglophones (Dollars, Pounds... et je peux ajouter autant de devises de divers pays que je veux, de l'Afrique à l'Asie, le monde entier), et tout ça avec le plan gratuit ! J'ai donc pour ce plan droit à une langue (j'ai choisi l'anglais), mais dès que je serai plus avancée, je prendrai un forfait payant car maintenant je sais que je peux leur faire confiance.
Tout mon site Web est traduit là, je suis trop contente, et j'étais prête à effacer l'application car lorsque j'ai essayé de traduire au départ, une pop up m'a sorti : "Vous devez acheter du crédit", donc j'étais fâchée ! Mais, Shermelia est venue juste à ce moment dans le chat, et m'a expliqué avec une bienveillance et patience au top qu'il suffisait de demander des MOTS ILLIMÉS GRATUITS (pour la traduction) ! (via le chat, simple et facile, c'est elle qui l'active) ! Ps : aucun codage n'est requis durant tout le process, je déteste le code, donc c'était un soulagement ! Merci ET (téléphone maison ? lol) je recommande l'App ET Language translate ! <3

Works really fine, does exactly what you expect. Just a few minor improvements to be perfect. Support is quick and effective.

Worked well for a few days before we launched and then it became a nightmare. Be careful. The App kept on automatically changing our English Page into French. There's some glitch I think with their google translate which kept on popping up. I spent hours on launch day translating my english to french just to have it switch to french again. The only help shopify gave was to tell me to delete the app and it took time to delete it.

THE WORST APP. DONT INSTALL Dont translate anything even with a paid plan
Customer service doesnt exist i waited 2 days for a widget position moving
THEY WILL NEVER REFUND YOU !
