First, their one-click translation feature makes translating languages effortless and convenient—a capability other plugins currently lack—and it works exceptionally well. The downside is that they do not offer an API key interface; instead, you have to purchase a 30,000-character quota for $4.90. This necessitates repeated top-ups—for instance, with 700 product links, I had to reload my balance multiple times just to translate into a single language. If you have a large number of products, I would recommend looking for a plugin that supports API keys, as their quota pricing is too expensive.
Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for trying Langwill. We truly appreciate your kind words about our one-click translation feature. We're glad to hear you found it effortless and convenient, and we're sorry that the word credit cost prevented you from completing your translations.
We also understand your concern regarding API key support. At the moment, Langwill does not support API key integration on any plan. We genuinely appreciate your suggestion, as feedback like yours helps us understand which features are most valuable to our users.
We'd love the opportunity to assist you further. If you're willing to give Langwill another try, simply reinstall the app and let us know. Our development team can review your store, calculate the total word count, and provide an estimate of the word credits required to complete all of your translations, so you'll have a clear understanding of the translation requirements before proceeding.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. We truly value your input and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out—we're always happy to help.
