Their apps is incredible and all the colleagues are nice and responsible. I installed their both apps on my store. Their apps are wonderful.

Works well with lots of options for different scenarios. Can be complex to set up but if you have a question, a real person will respond to you very quickly with good advice. It's expensive considering that basic locking features should come with every Shopify plan, in my opinion. The search tool to start a new lock can be very slow, to the point where it freezes completely. Apparently this is a problem on Shopify's end, but I wish that there was a way to filter before beginning a search; such as, search only products (or collections) for the term ___. I also wish you could lock tags. All that said, we've been using the app for over a year now with no problems.

Locksmith is easy to use and understand. It's the simplest way I've found to implement a client's specific requests to limit purchasing to people who have purchased a membership to their store.

We’ve been working on this project for 2 years and this is the ONLY program that has worked; as needed, as “advertised”, straight “out of the box”, did what it was supposed to do from launch, no trouble, no problems, no hassle.

I was shocked I tell you. Shocked!
I installed the app, completely prepared to spend the day battling with the software, developing work-arounds, begging-pleading-cajoling-beating it with a stick, to get it to do even a little of what I needed because that is how all the other programs involved with the project have “worked”.

I was so surprised with the ease of installation and how smoothly the first lock & key set up went, I had to have my site designer redo my work just in case I did something “wrong”.

Joyously, it was not a fluke. Everything was doing its job just as desired.
In a state of rapturous disbelief we took the rest of the day off.
