Met Locksmith kun je de toegang tot producten, pagina's, collecties of je hele winkel in je Online Store-kanaal beheren. Voeg sloten toe aan elk stuk inhoud om de toegang te beperken en/of het uit het zicht te verbergen. Voeg sleutels toe aan sloten: dit zijn voorwaarden waaronder een bezoeker toegang krijgt. Deze toegangsvoorwaarden omvatten klantaccountlabels, e-mailadressen, toegangscodes, geheime links, geografische locatie, aankoopgeschiedenis, datum/tijd en meer. Combineer sleutels naar behoefte, en aangepaste logica is ook mogelijk met Liquid.

Thank you for a very kind reply. I have updated my review due to the nice reply. However, the problem still remains after I click on the hide features which you are referring to.

This app has been very expensive for us!!! The app allows one to make a locked shop. However, the products in that locked shop are not hidden. We tried the app for 2 weeks where we had a locked shop, but during those weeks we experienced a drop in sales of 20k USD. We wondered why this happened. Turned out people could find the locked store in Shopify search and of course people did not want to buy our normal products when they could find the cheaper products in the locked store. Until hiding the products and the locked site, I would not recommend this app.

I understand the frustration of discovering that your wholesale products were visible in search results - that's a significant issue that impacted your business. I want to help address this, and I'm sorry you've had this experience.
Locksmith does include features to hide products from search results and collection listings, but these need to be specifically enabled. Currently, these aren't enabled on your locks.
To prevent wholesale products from appearing in regular store searches, you'll want to:
1. Enable the "Hide this product from search results and other lists" option in your lock settings
2. For additional protection, enable "Hide from sitemaps" (this uses Shopify's native SEO controls)

Also, I noticed that your theme has some code from a search and filtering app present. i'm not sure if that's currently active, or if it caused the issue, but it's important to note that Locksmith isn't compatible with apps like that. We mention that in our agreement when installing the app:
