Great support, the plan is for free, yet the response and fix for an issue was almost instant. It can be an example on how a support should work.

This app is very affordable and perfect for what we needed. When I ran into any issues the support was very helpful and we had everything I needed fixed done in about 2 business days (because of the time difference we were emailing at different times so that caused a bit of a delay). I spoke with Jonas who was very polite and thorough with their assistance.

This app delivers what it promises. If hiding products from some customers is the case that you aim, go for this. If you wan't to hide some pages or collections etc..this is your app. App it self is easy to use and very clear (seen some really bad ones). Pricing is reasonable, and debends are you wanting all the functions.
We needed some support with some settings, and it was super fast and helpful. Jena (customer support) and Cao (dev) was realy helpful.

I never leave reviews but I really wanted to shine a light on this app, no shopify store should be without it! B2B have both been absolutely phenomenal with handling every single request that our team has made with very quick turnaround times, and not a single issue has been unsolvable.
The chat team and developers behind the scenes worked tirelessly to ensure that we had a working, aesthetic password page that matched the vision we had for our store, without compromising functionality or reliability. The extra details like being able to use multiple passwords will definitely be a feature that we utilize soon. We were very grateful that every custom request we made (custom fonts, custom page placements, custom colours etc) were all easily handled by Josephine Dao and Luan HV, Huan NV and we were kept informed every step of the way.
Overall we couldn’t be happier with the final result, and we’re very relieved and pleased to have found a suitable app for our needs, with a team that we feel confident will be on hand to handle any further requests if they’re needed. I use this app to passcode protect pages for my consultants. My consultants are able to log in and see products other site users cannot see. I love that you can protect a page, an individual product, or in my case both. It is absolutely a deal for the upgraded subscription price. I had some issues due to user error and the customer service was spot on and extremely patient.

Excellent customer service and help solve the problem very quickly. They also helped do custom configurations.
