Such a fantastic team. Emma, and her technicians Hau and Cuong were so quick to integrate the app into our store. We have worked with some other apps for wholesale and encountered many issues, but after a day of signing up, we have a perfectly functioning wholesale integration and price lock. This app is great! It has played a key role in preparing our website for wholesale distribution. It took only a few days to set up and it is so functional. I was having an issue with figuring out the setup, and after reaching out to customer service, less than a day later Jonas and his technical colleague Hoa Xuan Duong fixed this issue for me with a detailed explanation of what they did and how to maintain this function. Would definitely recommend this app for B2B companies looking for wholesale solutions.

The service i received was 10/10! Emma and Nguyen Xuan Hoang promptly resolved my issues i was having. They got the app working on my site in no time and now i have a fully functional wholesale site. My key requirements were to ensure that only registered customers would be able to see my product prices and the team got this function working in no time. Now each of my products states 'Login to view prices'. They even went as far as customising the 'login to view prices' button to fit in with my website theme. Great team, great app, easy to use, highly recommend!!!

Originally this app did not work with the Shopify 2.0 templates we wanted to update to but the support team lead by Emma C was super helpful and the techs (Minh Dang and Hoa Xuan Duong) quickly worked to fix the issue within 24 hours of contact. This fantastic team worked right up to the evening before the Tet celebrations which we appreciated as we also had a deadline, and they even modified the format especially for us too! Would give 6 stars if possible. Thank you team for your fantastic support. Highly recommended app and customer support.
