This app is a complete scam. They download it, it doesn't work. They tell you that you need to upgrade. Ok, I upgraded. Then they tell you their developers need to modify something. It's been 2 months and the app still will not work. Their customer service team is terrible. They just waste your time on purpose. I talk to them every night and they still just say they're working on stuff.
Joy specifically has completely wasted my time. If you download this app, you'll end up chatting with Joy while the app is never fixed. Good luck.

However, it seems like there are quite some misunderstandings here. The feature of Hide Products you'd like to use was on another plan and that's why it wasn't working. Since you upgraded your plan to higher one, our team has tried our best to come up with a solution within 24 hours.
Our team has tried our best to support you so far, even work over time to assist you with the case. Thus, saying our app is a scam doesn't seem fair to us. This app did everything that we needed it to. But more importantly, the customer support was phenomenal. Emma and her team spent the weekend to make sure that our site functioned with their app. Couldn't be happier :)
