B: B2B Lock Password Protect

I used this app for our B2B Shop. Before i search and installed many other apps who partially crashed the code and were im not able to work within a few days. The app is perfect for my targets, so i can hide my complete shop and add clients by myself. The Team in the backend was all time reachable and really fast and doin also some changes for me. Perfect!

I recently installed an app and their support team really made it a great experience! Their assistance throughout the entire installation process gave me confidence knowing that any issues would be resolved with ease. This app is exactly what we needed for certain areas on our site. We had to contact support to get help with our custom theme and get it looking how we wanted. Joy Nguyen and the technician Nguyen Van Huan were amazing. They immediately logged in and fixed everything, answered my questions and giving me enough information for our team to make changes ourselves in future.

The app was eventually working great, just as it was described. Initially it was a bit complicated with the settings, however everything worked out fine with the help of the support desk. I received great support from Jennie and developer Nguyen Van Huan who quickly checked any issues and solved all my problems. We were eventually so satisfied, that we decided to purchase a paid subscription, so we could get access to all the features (B2B/Wholesale Solution).

When I first started using this app is wasn't working correctly with my theme and the support team was so patient with me as I explained my issues. For a free app they have amazing customer service and now the app is working perfectly!

5 starts for all the B2B apps by BSS Commerce. It is exactly what I was looking for to facilitate the distributors and wholesale customers. It is a little hard to set up, but they are very supportive. Specially Stephanie, has helped me a lot via email and video call.

I needed to quick answer to having a single page be accessed with a password. B2B was easy to use and did exactly what we needed. When setting up my locked page I needed to add my brand colors and clean up a section of the page that I could not access. I emailed support and within hours, they made the changes for me. It was remarkably fast support from Jonas and Nguyen and was very welcome.

The app is amazing and the support team is awesome. They really help me as and when you need. Special mention to Emma for helping me out thoroughly and bearing with all my demands and technician (Hoa Xuan Duong) for carrying out all that I wished for.
