BSS B2B Lock, Login & Password

I found the B2B Login/Lock & Hide Price app 3-4 days before my site went live but after having tried 3-4 other apps I had left a trail of destruction and could not get B2B Login to work for all the logic required, I was tired and bleary eyed too.

I emailed B2B Login support and Joy Nguyen responded almost immediately. When she was not available Nguyen Van Huan stepped in. When Joy came back she got everything working.

This app works really well and is easy to configure. Due to my theme, I needed a little extra help installing but I contacted the support team at BSS Commerce and they made the adjustments needed very quickly. We are using all 3 B2B apps provided by BSS on our website without issue and woudl recomend them for any store looking to add B2B functionality. The BSS Team are very knowledgeable and the support we have received is outstanding. Thanks especially to Emma and Hoa Xuan Duong who have gone above and beyond to get the set-up exactly as we required, even working the weekend when we had a rush query.

This has been the second wholesale app we evaluated for our B2B shop and during all the onboarding process the entire team at BSS has been incredibly professional and responsive. Annie and her technical collegues Duong Hoa, Minh Dang, Dinh Khanh, Leorio and their Business Analyst Riley promptly addressed all our concerns and questions. The app does exactly what promises and the mgmt interface is very well done and the developer has been keen in addressing some critical points related to our specific needs. The app has many feature and we will certainly consider all of them in moving forward with our business.

I have found this app really easy to use and get the results I need.

We do B2B and B2C so need to lock some product items from retail customers, and this app makes that so easy! There are so many different variants to get the job done and ways to work around requirements.

Every time I have needed assistance the technical team have assisted me quickly and followed up to ensure I have been able to set everything up as required. Thank you to the technical team (Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Nguyen Ngoc Hai, Nguyen Van Huan) who have all worked really hard in providing me very fast support, and Jonas who has been contacting me promptly via email to assist me.

The App it self is useful for wholesale companies that would want to hide prices for visitors. At first had trouble creating price-tags that hide prices before logging in, but the team has helped with the problem promptly. Would recommend for wholesalers.

I've had this app installed since Sept 2023 because I need to unlock a specific feature to hide certain products. And to this date, I'm still sending emails resolving many little bugs and feel handcuffed to this app ecosystem. Here are some things that you should be aware of this app before you download:

* You will always need to pay for a premium features, not just the lower scale one.
* You will need to install separate apps for features that let you customize further. We are a small shop with 11 products and still needed 2 more of their apps, which means two more subscriptions and a total cost of over $125/month for all these services.
* There customer service, while friendly and can fix things in a day or two, is in Vietnam and you have to wait 24hrs for every question to respond.
* There is typically many things labeled differently or built in the app that needs some further discussion/translation as they are labeled differently than I would prefer. I assume this because translating things between Vietnamese and English can cause some hiccups.
* Unless you want to work Vietnam business hours - find a different app with customer support geared towards your time zone.
* In the end, I'm a small business investing 7 weeks of work into this app and no customers actually using it fluidly.
* I have my hands tied that I have to keep this app because of costs and feel I can't make a change, especially with holiday season approaching.

Please be mindful when making a decision - they have great ratings but I suspect it's because throughout my 90+ email chain since 9/21/2023 to date, they've asked me to write a review about once a week. While professional and nice, they look to optimize reviews more than solve my actual problem and it's unfair.

I've been using the app for several months and it responds to all the features a B2B site needs. The customer service is so amazing that responds promptly and very quickly, they spend a lot of hours and back and forward emails in order to get everything right. I highly recommend these apps.

We tried the B2B lock during a test period before going live and had to uninstall it because of other factors we were dealing with before the launch. The support team was gracious and supportive during this time and helped us to remove all coding from our theme even though we were not a paid customer. This tells me that they support customers and I would not hesitate to use their service in the future.

Mida was a great help for me, setting up the wholesale page on my site. Everything was very smooth, and works perfectly.
