I just decided to set this up - had a couple of questions and Leo responded immediately and was super helpful. I haven't finished setting it up but I know if I have any more questions I will not have trouble getting the info I need. Great customer service is so rare these days it is a breath of fresh air to find a company / person that gets it.

Theo is very kind and helpful; some may not like how he asks how your days going, but at least their support -also literally offers you support lol
