This one is so much better than SMILE
I’ve been a SMILE user for two years, and this software not only has all the features that SMILE offers, but it also includes many that SMILE lacks. The interface is more user-friendly and smooth, and both the widget and launcher are outstanding and easy to customize. The best part is the price—it’s very reasonable. Another important point is the customer service, which is excellent! Although they don’t claim to be available 24/7, they often respond almost immediately.

If you’re still using SMILE, now is the time to switch to this app, it is Easier than you think to migrate(I spent more than one year to make this decision). They will carefully help you transfer your user data and ensure everything is done correctly.

One final suggestion: during the transfer, it would be great if the VIP tiers, points, and birthday information could all be handled in a single document. This might prevent any issues with the VIP tiers.

We changed our loyalty program because we were looking for an app that would allow us to have a multilingual experience for our customers. And we found it with Loloyal. The app is very easy to set up and use. The customer service is one of the best on the market. Thanks to Kim, Mariadel, Sophie and the whole team for helping us with all our questions. Support is perfect - fast answers with screenshots to better understand options to fix problems. App is easy to use and can be edited/customized for my needs. Definitely suggest. So far I have tried reward program. Next I will use VIP program and test it out.
