Still at the testing phase but this app seems perfect to handle our loyalty program. The level of customization of the interface seems great and everything can be translate in your own language.
On top of it, support was super responsive. Great experience!

We have been paying other company approx $290 USD every month, same functionality feature which we use are provided by Loloyal and at no cost, good job Loloyal for helping merchant by providing this app and with great customer service. Yes we are keen to use more services from your company in the future even if it is paid. Thank you

Just installed the app, so need to try it first, but Mariadel from support was very helpful in answering all my questions. Please add Polish language to your app!

My impression so far...wow. This is the fifth loyalty app I have downloaded, and I felt this was the closest to what we wanted for our store. It was 8:30pm on a Saturday (small business owners, you feel me) and I submitted an inquiry on chat, thinking I would receive a reply the following business day and immediately there was someone there. Quick, friendly, and informative answers. Then I ran into an issue and specifically said it wasn't urgent, however they immediately jumped into the backend of my store and had it resolved in minutes. Given the look, functionality, and outstanding support with this app, I know I made the right decision.
