I have been using this app for some time now. It has some cool features which are absolutely FREE and its customer service is superb.
Haven't been using the app for long so unable to comment on app functionality so far, but from what I have experienced I am very impressed. When coming across a free app I tend to be skeptical that there is a payment wall hiding somewhere, but everything available in this app is free. Some features require contacting customer service, but the customer service team, Mariadel specifically, is so helpful and informative! From what I have used, the setup is easy to use and follow, and it provides a lot of features for your customer's loyalty points. Highly recommend for what I have experienced so far!

I highly recommend this app, it's very easy to use and customize. And in case you needed any assistance, their customer service is more than amazing. I wanted some assistance in customizing the icon and Marladel solved my issue in seconds.

The application is very intuitive and simple to use. Customer support is fantastic, they get back to you immediately and resolve any issues within the day. I contacted them with chat to improve some translations on the widget, I spoke to Mariadel, they were very helpful and professional.

app, molto comoda non solo perchè è gratis, molte cose sono gratis e non sempre so buone o utili, questa è veramente utili, per chi vuole inziare a lanciare un programma di fedeltà, verso i propri clienti... in oltre il mostrare quanti punti possono guadagnare in ogni singolo prodotto sicuramente aumenterà le vendite ed in oltre si posso fare promozioni verticali durante i periodi di punta offrendo punti Extra! che dire uno spettacolo, dovrebbero dare solo leggermente più liberta alla traduzione dei testi
