As I have been working through the setup the support team have been amazing. It has also been nice to finally find a product that come close to the free in built functionality we had in our previous POS that doesn't cost a fortune.

Loloyal is a Game Changer for My Shopify Store!

Best loyalty app ever. Loloyal can support custom font in free plan and support team was so kind and quick. I used a lot of Loyalty app and I think Loloyal is the best app. I mean it..and I'm writing a real review as a real customer. Thank you for making this app and help me doing my business really easy. My impression so far...wow. This is the fifth loyalty app I have downloaded, and I felt this was the closest to what we wanted for our store. It was 8:30pm on a Saturday (small business owners, you feel me) and I submitted an inquiry on chat, thinking I would receive a reply the following business day and immediately there was someone there. Quick, friendly, and informative answers. Then I ran into an issue and specifically said it wasn't urgent, however they immediately jumped into the backend of my store and had it resolved in minutes. Given the look, functionality, and outstanding support with this app, I know I made the right decision.
