The Support team doesn't answer. I need help to cancel my subscription. I have been charged while I have uninstalled the application ans was not using it. So I need help to cancel the subscription, send multiple messages to the support team but there is no answer.
Hi, we did receive your enquiries and did reply to them, please check your junk folders incase the response has gone in there. We definitely did replied before you left this review.
To cancel a subscription to a Shopify app simply uninstall it from your store and you will no longer be charged. You can uninstall an app by going to settings then "Apps and sales channels" and uninstalling your apps there.

A NOTE OF CAUTION: We've been using Lookbook since April and while it is seemingly easy to use, be wary of SERIOUS bugs and developer issues. We were hoping that by now many of these bugs would've been fixed as there aren't many options for Lookbook apps, but they are still ongoing and the support team is zero help. We have gotten multiple customer complaints about the functionality of the app, lost sales and wasted huge amounts of time trying to work with team members ****** and ****** to get these things sorted. Be aware that the team is out of Australia and they WILL NOT make an effort to work with you outside their very limited hours.
***If you are trying to use this app in the UNITED STATES: for some reason there are many more issues that their team is unable to see or fix. We had to send them videos of it happening and even still they don't know what to do. While it's a nice app in theory, it's still in the early stages of development and definitely NOT worth $29/month. Just make sure you test absolutely everything before making public to your customers (and have your own IT team available to help when things go wrong).
I have been trying suspend this subscription due to the Coronavirus but there is no way to do that through the app plus the only way to contact them is through email, which they do not answer!!!!

To remove an app on Shopify simply delete the app from your store and you will not be charged in future.
We are unable to shut down payments while you still have it installed as that is not how Shopify works unfortunately. The site owners remove the App to achieve this.
