The app is very easy to use and fits for purpose! Also the customer service is very good, always replying back in a timely manner and fixing any issue that might come up.
The Support team doesn't answer. I need help to cancel my subscription. I have been charged while I have uninstalled the application ans was not using it. So I need help to cancel the subscription, send multiple messages to the support team but there is no answer.
Hi, we did receive your enquiries and did reply to them, please check your junk folders incase the response has gone in there. We definitely did replied before you left this review.
To cancel a subscription to a Shopify app simply uninstall it from your store and you will no longer be charged. You can uninstall an app by going to settings then "Apps and sales channels" and uninstalling your apps there.

We were in the process of switching themes and found that the app was not working with the new theme. I contacted support and they were quick to respond and they fixed the problem It's good to know that they will do whatever they can to help you get what you need.
