The Support team doesn't answer. I need help to cancel my subscription. I have been charged while I have uninstalled the application ans was not using it. So I need help to cancel the subscription, send multiple messages to the support team but there is no answer.

A NOTE OF CAUTION: We've been using Lookbook since April and while it is seemingly easy to use, be wary of SERIOUS bugs and developer issues. I have been trying suspend this subscription due to the Coronavirus but there is no way to do that through the app plus the only way to contact them is through email, which they do not answer!!!!
