Loop is very user friendly on both the consumer and seller side - Our Merchant Onboarding Specialist, Brooke, has been so attentive and helpful anytime we need solutions to issues. The app interface itself is well put together and offers an incredible amount of analytics that are very helpful in decision making.

My favorite feature of Loop is that you can very easily edit your library of return reasons. In allowing companies to do this, Loop is immediately applicable to pretty much any company, regardless of their product offerings.

I would definitely recommend Loop to any company looking to simplify the returns process for their customers, while also gathering important return information for their records.

Absolutely LOVE Loop!

It has radically streamlined the post purchase experience and reduced customer friction points. With the integration of Loop, our customer service team has saved literally hours a day that were previously spent handling exchanges and returns.

We've also seen a solid uptick in customers doing exchange's, verse just a return, keeping more money with our brand. It has helped elevate the company as we aim to hit $10Million in sales this year.

If you're lucky enough to get Ash as your success manager, it's the cherry on top. She rocks!

Loop has been incredibly useful for us! The onboarding process was a bit intimidating at first (they might have improved that since) but the fact that we don't need to process returns manually anymore (no emails, no manual refunds etc.) was absolutely WORTH IT! The entire return processing is 100% automatic and so streamlined that today we have almost ZERO interaction with customers about returns/exchanges. Highly recommended!

Loop Returns & Exchanges is a fantastic app with top-notch service. The return process is easy and convenient, and their commitment to sustainability is commendable. Thornton was incredibly helpful and made my experience even better. Their staff are committed to keeping you in the loop (pun intended) every step of the way from updates to incorporating their newest features within your roll-out. I highly recommend this app - it's a no-brainer!

Loop has provided a significant upgrade to our customers' return+exchange experience. Their ability to process multiple types of returns+exchanges coupled with their excellent onboarding and account management teams have made the transition from our old provider that much smoother.

Loop has been pivotal in our growth by allowing us to streamline the customer service process, leading to greater overall efficiencies in every area! Their onboarding process can take a while, but they have a great team of liaisons to help you through the transition. Less time and money spent on customer service costs is a win-win!

We have just started on the system and love the user friendly interface, its a lot easier than manually processing our exchanges and is now all stored in the one place for me to follow up on.
Very easy for customers to use too.
Jess was super helpful and very good at follow up!
Only downfall is it doesn't integrate with MYPOST business for Auspost only eparcel which didn't work for us so we have lost some features but it is still a great product.

Loop has earned its place as the industry leader for returns/exchanges/warranties. We've been using Loop for several years and it's always the app we have to worry the least about. It works as it should, the backend is user-friendly, the frontend is customer-friendly, and every time I've had a question their support team is prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful.
