Loop is an incredible platform for returns/exchanges. Our Merchant Success Manager, Ash is the absolute best. I recommend this app 10/10.

Loop has made the process of our returns simple and effective. In addition to that their support team has been super helpful and friendly. Returns used to be a laborious process, but with Loop we have been able to focus on other areas of our company which has helped us grow. Also shoutout to Ash at Loop for be an amazing rep for us over the years!

Loop has the best customer support team. They are always really quick to reply with resolutions. Loop is great and makes our return system workflow go so smoothly.

We've been on the platform since 2022 and it has been very easy to navigate and improve our customer experience with returns! Customer service is always ready to assist and super helpful whenever we need to tailor or tweak our returns portal. Very satisfied and excited to see what other exciting things the platform can bring to our customer experience!

We've been on the platform for almost a year and could not be more pleased. We had been on an alternative platform previously but due to several shortcomings and account reporting issues we elected to look at alternatives. We shopped over 3 leading platforms and ultimately selected Loop and could not have been more pleased. The onboarding process was extremely smooth and really fast. The platform was very intuitive and we were able to complete most of the configuration ourselves but the support and responsiveness of the Loop team really made the process seamless. The feedback from our customers is extremely positive and the return / exchange process is frictionless. Thank you Loop.

We have been using Loop for a year and a half and it has completely overhauled the way we process returns and exchanges for the better. It is saving our team so much time and work and Loop integrates so well with many of the apps we use, especially Gorgias. Super user friendly interface and support is alway great!

Loop has been incredibly useful for us! The onboarding process was a bit intimidating at first (they might have improved that since) but the fact that we don't need to process returns manually anymore (no emails, no manual refunds etc.) was absolutely WORTH IT! The entire return processing is 100% automatic and so streamlined that today we have almost ZERO interaction with customers about returns/exchanges. Highly recommended!

We came from Happy Returns and so much happier with Loop. Our CSM is exceptional and their CS team is responsive and willing to dig into issues quickly. Highly recommend Loop as a return platform, plus allowing our customers to Shop Now with our entire catalog is a huge benefit.

I concur with the observations pertaining to the set-up process, which currently involves a significant degree of manual effort and encompasses steps that may not be directly applicable to your particular store, thus potentially leading to time inefficiencies. Nevertheless, I must commend our onboarding specialist, Jess, for displaying exceptional responsiveness and attentiveness in addressing the numerous enquiries I raised throughout the onboarding phase. Notably, Jess readily accommodated my requests for assistance, going so far as to extend her availability by staying beyond regular working hours to conduct a video call, considering the geographical distance between our respective locations (Australia and the USA). While our launch of LOOP is still pending, initial assessments indicate that it holds the potential to enhance our customers' user experience and presents a straightforward interface for their utilisation.

Loop helped us simplify our entire return workflow and work load. The Shopify Integration is super helpful and makes for less manual work on our end! The analytics are insightful, easy to use, and help drive to make changes in products/systems. The Support team is always responsive and helpful as well! Really looking forward to the Shop Now feature getting started for us this year!
