Loop is a great product, but their support team is also really responsive and what makes Loop my favorite partner. They're the best support team of any vendor I work with. Such a relief to know the Loop team will always reply with the right answer and usually within just a few hours. It's a bummer I never seem to catch them on live chat but they always answer my question in the first email reply so there's never back and forth.

Loop provides a dynamic return portal to meet the needs of our customers. I can set up precise return policies to resolve most customer needs through automation.

We love loop! It's by far the best experience for customers and also CX employees to navigate as well. Super clean and easy experience from start to finish, and there's always exciting updates that Loop is coming out with to better it. You can customize the portal so that it feels very on brand, and even have the customer shop directly on your site with their store credit. From a CX/employee perspective, the analytics and reports have helped us lower return rates on specific products as well. Shoutout to Bryan H. who is our rep and is super quick to help anytime we need assistance!

While some features we'd like are missing (mainly POS returns and POS is muddled in some reporting), they are reactive to features we need. No app will be perfect from the get-go, especially when you add in custom setups, POS, unique product setups, etc. We've been involved in a few Beta tests with them for features we've asked for which is amazing. We're currently struggling with more returns than exchanges but it's reduced the load on our CS team which is a win in itself.

We have been using Loop for a few years now. Although the product has proved great for our team, customers and company- what makes us loyal to Loop is their account management and IT teams. Whenever we have a question, are experiencing something out of the norm, or need assistance implementing a new feature; Rachel (our account manager) and her team are immediate to take care of us and do it completely and efficiently. Loop has been a great returns partner! Our account manager is always available to help if we have questions. The platform is intuitive and extremely easy to use. I am able to export reporting and gauge what is happening with returns at ease.
