Our customers love Loop, and we do too. A great user interface for admins and customers and abundant customization of returns and exchanges are why we chose the software in the first place. It's easily the best returns software in e-commerce.

One thing we love is that the Loop team continued to develop incredible features and consistently add value to what we were already paying for.

The software is good. Customer service is decent.

There are some features in the software that you need a web developer to implement and code into your .liquid files, and Loop Returns doesn't provide a developer to do so, so you have to hire and pay for the developer yourself.

We've been using Loop for quite some time now, and it has completely changed our return/exchange game. New features are continually being introduced, and our account success manager is a gem! Overall, we've had a very positive and smooth experience with Loop. Would highly recommend!

Amazing app, we were using Narvar before, and I can't express how much better Loop is. We've been using Loop now for over a year and have been more than happy with the results making it super simple for your customers to return products while lessening the load on the CS team.

Loop has been an amazing efficiency for our business! Processing each return manually with customers via email was not only time consuming, but also not the best overall experience for our shoppers. Loop has given us a customer-facing platform that is professional and user-friendly, and has giving our team a lot of valuable time back! Their communication is quick and helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Save your time and money and get anything else. The experience quickly went downhill once they sign you up. Customer service disappears and you're stuck with a 12 month contract for something that doesn't fully function as promised and no one to help you!

Pleasure working with Taylor during the onboarding and setup process. She has been a delight to speak with and is very knowledgeable. Calls have been engaging and informative. This had made the transition to a new return portal a breeze. I know we are in good hands with Loop!
