Loop is a great returns solution and they have an awesome Customer Service. Whenever we have issues with the app, their team is one email away and is super fast with the resolution. No downtime on our end which is super awesome.

I've had a great experience when reaching out for help from Loop. Someone gets back to you in less than 24 hours and is always will to give details instead of sending you a link to a help center article that you may have already read. Gabbi has been super helpful!
