We've used Loop since October 2020, and we've been pleased with its user-friendly features and continued functionality improvements. Loop keeps us informed of new capabilities and easy how-to instructions for updating settings where necessary.

Our rep, Ben, is helpful, responsive, and hands-on where assistance or help is needed. Any time we've reached out to their support team, they are friendly and provide updates and resolutions where necessary.

Arguably the best returns solution available on Shopify today. We've been working with Loop for the last 3 years and the platform just keeps getting better and better, to the point where it feels like it's a native addition to Shopify (whom actually invested in a seed round with Loop 2 years ago). The amount of flexibility you have with regards to return outcomes, automations, rules, etc is unmatched and the customer success team (hey Laura!) is beyond insightful. Don't look further.

We love LOOP. Their support system is A+, wonderful team to communicate with. They are able to handle returns for our multiple different warehouses with no issue, and have simplified our return process fully.

Loop has been a great business to work with! Our MSM Laura is very responsive and meets with our team frequently to go over new features and answer any questions.

The app integrates seamlessly in Shopify and leaves timeline notes for our team to get a full picture of the exchange // return scenario. 5/5 for sure

We moved to Loop a couple of years ago had a GREAT onboarding lead which made the process easy to understand for our store set up needs and we've been SO pleased with them ever since. Help desk team is responsive, tech team is ON TOP of any bug that might arise and we have a knowledgeable account lead in our product vertical! The platform is a BIG timesaver for us + offers our customers a great path/experience for their return needs. We're happily renewing our contract.

Great returns and exchange app especially for exchange heavy businesses. No one ese really has the feature set to help manage and maximize exchanges over returns. Been a great boost for our biz.

Our store has been integrated with Loop for the last 18 months. Our customers and our team have found this system easy to use and a positive impact to efficiency. The loop team have been supportive partners. Offering timely resolution to system errors as they arise as well as taking feedback for improvements into account with product updates. We are so very glad to be integrated partners with the Loop team.

Loop has been a great resource in helping our customers with their returns and exchanges. It gives them the ability to find another item of off our website in exchange, without leaving the page! The support team and reps have been wonderful in helping us with integration and solving any issues that arise.

Love that this app continues to keep customers and merchants comfort in mind. They continue to vamp up the features so that returns and exchanges process can run as smoothly as possible. Also Dess Everhart has been such a great point of contact-- she's quick to resolve issues or concerns and very friendly.
