I've had a great experience when reaching out for help from Loop. Someone gets back to you in less than 24 hours and is always will to give details instead of sending you a link to a help center article that you may have already read. Gabbi has been super helpful!

I faced a lot of issues onboarding Loop, and it took over a month. But now it's up and running, and it's a helpful tool for our brand. I still feel support was lackluster until I really put the screws on them. But they figured it out eventually.
Compared to what else is available, they're a top option.
Great app! Easy for our customers to use and their customer service is very helpful and responsive.

We didn’t even get the chance to become Loop’s customer or fully test their system. After a phone meeting with one of their sales reps, we were promised a demo first thing Monday morning. However, two weeks passed with no word from them, and we had to reach out ourselves to get things moving again.
