The support we receive from Loop is fantastic. If ever a rare technical issue pops up, they provide quick and easy-to-manage resolutions, ensuring little customer impact on our side. Highly recommend their platform for your returns!
e have been using loop for about 2 years, this company has offered us zero value, and when we wanted to switch to another company the "auto renewed" our policy very quietly. They send you 1 email and if you don't respond they will lock you in. They just care about their bottom line and not actually helping you make money.
We switched to another company and it has been the most fantastic experience. They actually care about making you money not just upselling.
I emailed a question about a major issue we had for getting a specific type of label. Not sure if it was even something that could be done. To my surprise it was not just answered but the steps given and care to address my follow up questions and confirm I was on the right track. I greatly appreciate true, real life help from customer service - AI can not match this service. Thank you for all your help Loop CX!

Loop Returns & Exchanges offers outstanding customer service — always ready to help with anything. The system is user-friendly, lets us track every return with ease, and smoothly handles about 95% of our cases. We've been using Loop Returns for a little over a year and are highly satisfied with the app itself, as well as the support when necessary. From the our most complicated custom scenarios to my most obvious oversight, the Loop team has been very responsive.

Rece has been our support specialist a number of times and always answers us quickly, with clear and concise answers that have detailed directions. Even when the solution isn't exactly what we needed, there's always some sort of work around solution supplied. Excellent service.

European brands, beware! Lots of promises until you sign, then no one is available for the onboarding. Support is almost non existent for EU brands, it's been more than a week for us, still waiting to finish setting up our account or answer our most basic questions.

We have had a great experience with Loop, its really smoothed out our returns processes and allowed us to offer so much more to our customers than just a return and refund. I would like to highlight the Loop customer service. We have several integrations running into Loop, the main one being Brightpearl. We recently had an integration issue we needed resolved and the team did a brilliant job in getting this sorted quickly for us while keeping us updated through the whole process and even checking in a week after the fix to make sure everything was still running as expected. Cannot recommend Loop enough.
