I've had a few times where i have contacted Loop for support, and i must say all the staff are super friendly and quick to resolve any issues.
I have recently been in touch with Emma Pennington a few times, and she is brilliant! Nothing is too much trouble for her and she is very patient and understanding too.

I would say the customer service is the best part of working with Loop Returns. As a small business, you can feel like a jack of all trades but a master of none. The support team was able to help us implement a workflow tool we were wanting to add but were unsure how we would go about it. They were knowledgeable in their response, and we were able to create the workflow we needed with their assistance.

Terrible customer service and support. After using this app for a year we are trying to cancel and they handball you around different departments. There is literally no support or settings for cancelling your subscription.
