Amazing app, we were using Narvar before, and I can't express how much better Loop is. We've been using Loop now for over a year and have been more than happy with the results making it super simple for your customers to return products while lessening the load on the CS team.

The best thing about Loop are the all the lovely people that are involved. Every single person I have come in contact with has been a joy to work with. They made sure set-up was easy and I felt supported through the entire process. We just went live so I can't speak too much to the performance but so far the customers that have used it have seen a seamless experience and I feel confident that is any issues arise it will be handled quickly.
