Really impressed with the returns solution by Loop, we've automated our returns system that took a huge workload off our CS teams but also if there are any issues they are super responsive with a solution. Plus they have integrations with many companies to help you in further areas.

We have just started on the system and love the user friendly interface, its a lot easier than manually processing our exchanges and is now all stored in the one place for me to follow up on.
Very easy for customers to use too.

Only downfall is it doesn't integrate with MYPOST business for Auspost only eparcel which didn't work for us so we have lost some features but it is still a great product.

We've been on the platform for 2 months and have had a great experience so far. Although onboarding was quick due to our previous platform provider shutting down and have to do a quick transition, now that we are fully onboarded we have found it very beneficial. The features loop offers for the customer and also internally for reporting is extremely useful and easy to see ROI.

We are loving the user friendly nature of Loop and it has been a welcomed addition to our platform.

Loop was the exact Returns / Exchange platform that we were looking for. As a small team of two, manually responding to @info emails just to quickly provide someone a return label was very inefficient. Our Onboarding Rep, Adam, was also extremely helpful and gave us genuine industry standard advice, and pointed out some discrepancies in our T&C.
As I'm sure most of us Shopify admins know, managing Exchanges in the Shopify platform is such a headache. It's either a return for refund, or you are messing around with manual inventory adjustments and sending Shipping labels from 3rd party shipping apps. Loop comes in and does exactly what you'd expect and makes the process easy, and all in the 'Orders' page. Our customers seem to appreciate it too, we rarely get a hiccup with Loop, and if we do, it was often a customer input mistake.

Do be prepared to sign up for the top two pricing levels though for the best experience. The lowest pricing options are petty limited, and you'll find that out pretty quickly.

Loop is a really great platform to manage returns allowing customizations and various workflows depending on your business needs. The integration was very seamless. Our onboarding specialist, Brooke was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the integration phase. She guided us every step of the way, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing any disruption to our operations. Her assistance made the implementation process hassle-free and efficient. Since adopting Loop, we have seen significant improvements in our returns management process. The platform's customization options allow us to tailor our workflows to match our unique requirements. This level of flexibility has been instrumental in streamlining our operations and saving us valuable time and resources. I highly recommend Loop to any business looking to enhance their returns management processes.

We've been looking at installing Loop Returns for a few years now and was finally able to do it using the Starter Package. We are looking forwarded to continuing with Loop as our company grows and we are thankful the app has room to upgrade as well. Right now we average 30ish returns per month and this app is extremely helpful.

Loop is a solid reliable returns platform. I've used it in two different ecomm companies. It's userfriendly, the workflows, tags usage, and return outcomes are well thought out. We definitely take advantage of the Shop Now feature to keep customers reingaged in our eco system. Financial Reconciliation is a bit tricky with, that's an area that can be improved upon, but that said, it's comparable to others on the market. Overall, I'm pleased to continue using Loops as my go-to returns solution.
