Great Support from Loop's Customer service team: fast, clear and detailed explanations that help understand the issues encountered as well as find the correct solutions to the problems.

Loop is a suitable application for those focusing solely on domestic returns rather than international ones. Although Loop claims to support international returns, this feature falls short in reality. They rely on third-party apps to generate return labels, incurring additional costs. The third-party service, typically Easy Post, proves cumbersome and not user-friendly. Moreover, Easy Post functions more as a developer platform, requiring a dedicated team for optimal use. Consequently, utilizing Loop becomes impractical and costly. It's advisable to explore alternative return applications and refrain from committing to any contracts with Loop until thoroughly evaluating their services.

The customer service at Loop is great! Super attentive and quick to respond and find a solution for you.

Being new to this App, we have had lots of questions which are always promptly answered.

We are loving the user friendly nature of Loop and it has been a welcomed addition to our platform.

Loopreturns has been super helpful to our store. They have a great support system and reply quickly to any issues or questions that we have. Our returns are fully automated and run smoothly without any issues. We're really happy with our experience with Loopreturns and are renewing our agreement with Loopreturns soon.

After the returns platform we were using sunsetted in October 2023, we quickly transitioned over to Loop, per our previous partners recommendation. Though there have been a few glitches to work through, the Loop CS team and our dedicated CSM Jackie have been extremely responsive / helpful. We hope to continue benefiting from this return platform and definitely recommend giving it a try!

The integration with Shopify was easy and the customizability of the platform allowed us to tailor the customer experience.
