Loop Subscriptions App

Loop is a fantastic subscription app for small brands. It integrates seamlessly with our Shopify storefront, creating a polished, on-brand subscription experience that looks great and is straightforward for customers to use.

The Loop team are responsive, informative and supportive, guiding you through each stage of setup with clear advice and practical help. The process feels well managed from initial app installation through to website launch, with onboarding typically taking around two weeks.

The app is both functional and customer-friendly, making it simple to manage subscriptions while maintaining a smooth experience across our online store.

The Loop team has been so great and helpful! They worked super quick and efficiently to get everything sorted and migrated over from my past subscription platform which was definitely a plus. Tarun was super quick to respond to all of my questions and make the onboarding process super quick. Within our first week we have already gained 5 new subscribers, so that is such a plus.

We moved two stores from Kaching to Loop and the part I expected to be painful was not: Loop handled the import and everything was tested before it went live. Jagrit ran the onboarding and was quick, clear, and actually reachable when we had questions. The two weeks of hypercare afterwards meant we were never left guessing.

I am extremely happy with Loop. We have now used three different subscription integrations and Loop's customer service has surpassed all of them. Their migration and onboarding team was fantastic.

Extremely useful and good app, especially for subscriptions. Very good features and timely updates. Special mention to their amazing support they have through their dedicated Slack channels, especially our support POCs, Ishika and Sparsh. They have been really great, and they really put effort towards us and towards our brand. It's much appreciated.

We use LOOP integrated with Klaviyo; the setup at times has been a little confusing. For example, I only recently realized that partial billing information isn’t passed to Klaviyo, so our partial and fully out-of-stock email flows were somewhat redundant. I reached out to both LOOP and Klaviyo regarding this issue and found that, generally, LOOP support is not very forthcoming with solutions. As someone entirely new to LOOP, rather than explaining, ‘This isn’t possible in Klaviyo, but you can easily enable the LOOP notification’, it really felt like hard work to get to what was a fairly easy fix.

On other occasions, support have seem disinterested and rude, almost. I enquired about whether it’s possible to preview LOOP notifications with real customer data to see exactly how they’ve been delivered to customers and to check the messaging and email variables. It required a fair amount of back and forth before the question was understood, and upon realizing this isn’t a functionality that LOOP has enabled, the agent simply ended the conversation with ‘okay’.

Loop has helped us provide a seamless experience for subscription customers, with new features and integrations being added regularly to help us grow our program even more. The Loop platform is easy to navigate, and their support team is extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend to other brands, especially those that are already using Shopify.

Excellent subscription app, great reporting, robust integration. However our migration from Woo to Loop was extremely painful, with missed deadlines, incomplete data, and several other issues. Whilst our developer was eventually able to resolve this by finding a way to speak to their senior teams, the whole thing took a lot longer than expected. Likewise unexpected changes/upgrades to our bundle builder with no warning has meant 4 stars rather than 5.

The Loop team is really next level! They helped us with the migration step by step, much appreciated. The support and onboarding team operates at a very high standard, and nice to see that the results from switching also pays off in our store, so our customers love the services as well, makes our job a lot easier! So happy with the decision, thanks all of Loop team, and especially your shining star who handled our move from another platform, 10 stars for her!

Onboarding and migration from another subscription app was seamless. Tarun was fantastic to work with during the onboarding. I never had help with my former subscription app. I already have more functionality and data than I could ever need, plus the widget customization is exactly what I was looking for. This is the subscription app you NEED. All around 5 stars!
