We are thrilled to say our NPO is supported by Loop Subscriptions, their team and support have always been very receptive and present to help us create what was needed from our end.
After testing many subscription apps, this is, by far, one of the best we could find in the Shopify Ecosystem. It's clean, simple and well-made. But it goes way beyond that...
There are many possibilities and options to build new operations.
Something that is always interesting to see is, not only a good support or a good app, but if they release new features regularly and they do!
So for us, it's a 5 stars experience, and we believe it can be the same with everyone using Loop Subscriptions!

The Loop team is amazing to deal with! We looked at a lot of different options for our first subscription app and ultimately landed on Loop because it felt like a great starting point, especially considering the app is free until you have 40 subscriptions. It was a little challenging getting the widget "on brand" so we reached out to their CS. Adarsh worked with us for a few weeks going as far as modifying the liquid code to make sure the app fit our site perfectly. Long story short, they have a great app and an even better team. Would highly recommend Loop to anyone!

Parvesh and team have been EXTREMELY helpful in getting things set up. We had a few questions about the Loop software itself and one larger issue with implementing the widget on our site. On all occasions, Loop was ready to jump in and get all problems solved within 24 hours.

Absolute worst customer service we've ever experienced. Had some trouble with the manual installation and were told to "find a developer." WILD that a Shopify App thinks that the "only way to install a app is manually" when all the other ones we've looked at do it for you or it's automated. Don't waste your time...there are a lot of other, better, and helpful options.
We decided to move forward with Loop Subscriptions after an extensive evaluation of several other subscription apps on the market. Our primary motivation was Loop's comprehensive feature set combined with great reviews from other users. We were migrating from ReCharge and considered other popular options like Stay.AI, but Loop's seamless integration with our existing systems, its robust flow capabilities and on-hands support team ultimately won us over.
One of the standout features of Loop that has greatly benefitted us is the customer portal. It has empowered our customers to manage their subscriptions effortlessly, reducing the load on our support team and increasing customer satisfaction. We've had trouble creating subscription acquisition offers in the past where we can increase the subscription % for just the first offer during a certain time frame. All other apps don't have any automated way of doing this; most will require all subscriptions to also have an increased % off for all replens in those instances. Loop's flows allow for temporary "Subscribe and save 15% on first order" offers (instead of the general 10%) in a much more automated and seamless way.
The migration process to Loop was surprisingly smooth. We were concerned about potential downtime and data loss, but the Loop team guided us through every step with clear instructions and timely support. Their meticulous approach ensured a hassle-free transition with minimal disruption to our service.
Our overall experience with the Loop team has been exceptional. The support and customer success teams are highly responsive and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions or issues we encounter. Their proactive approach and genuine interest in our success have made a significant positive impact on our operations. They are also always willing to find a workaround to any of our requests rather than just telling us it’s not something they can do.
Without hesitation, I would recommend other businesses to try out Loop Subscriptions. The platform is user-friendly and backed by a team that truly cares about their customers' success. Loop has not only met but exceeded our expectations, making it an indispensable tool for our subscription-based business.
