Migration from yotpo was really seamless, even though we had quite a number of customisations we needed, and the team were very responsive. So far the apps been performing well, no complaints from customers or our customer care team.

Moving over to Loop was the best decision I have made in a long time. The platform is robust, beautiful, and flexible, and the migration process of existing subscriptions was smooth. This app has worked well for our subscription business. It's an easy user interface, and they make built-in features like analytics, shipping rules, and product bundling easy. But, the best part is the support. We all know subscriptions can be a beast of their own... and Loop makes it all easy. They are quick to respond to any questions and even hopped on a screen share to sort out something I was having trouble with. 5-stars.

The platform offers great functionality, and the team has been incredibly responsive to our questions and requests. We appreciate the features available, though we do wish there were more subscription portal access options for our subscribers.
