Great app, best customer service ever. These are real people who not only have an excellent product but they also are super responsive to questions, they take feedback and improve their product based on suggestions and they are very available to help whenever needed. We migrated from Bold1. Loop has much more functionality. I highly recommend.

Truly one of the best apps I have ever experienced with Shopify. They have a team that works EXTREMELY hard to get things done. Can't recommend enough, they were so helpful when we were switching over from Bold Subscriptions. Bold made it almost impossible to leave on purpose, and Loop saved the day! They were able to handle migration end to end without all of the manual inputting that Bold said we would have to do. Bold said we'd have to add each one of our subscribers one by one and there was "no way" for them to help us otherwise. Do not use Bold. Use Loop. Their team is professional and quick to respond, and so helpful. The app has all of the customizations we need and so far, it's been an absolutely wonderful decision to switch over. Thank you Loop!
